Naumov Life was created as a holistic wellness space focused on one essential goal: helping people restore their nervous system, reconnect with their body, and regain inner stability in an overloaded modern world.
Through bodywork, movement, breath, sound, water therapy, and restorative practices, we help people reduce stress, release chronic tension, improve sleep, and return to a calmer, more grounded state.
Our approach combines modern understanding of stress and burnout with traditional healing practices gathered through years of study, travel, teaching, and hands-on experience across different cultures and wellness traditions.

My name is Alex Naumov.
Before entering the world of wellness and healing, I worked in education, languages, business, and the corporate environment. Years of high pressure, constant stimulation, and mental overload eventually led me to search for a different way of living and working with human wellbeing.
A profound personal transformation began after intensive meditation retreats and years of studying yoga, bodywork, breath practices, and nervous system regulation.
Over the past decade, I have studied and practiced across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas, gradually developing an integrated approach focused on recovery, embodiment, presence, and sustainable wellbeing.
